The house guide
Everything you need to run the house like you live here. Booked guests get the private version automatically before check-in — door code, WiFi, the works. Quick answers live on the FAQ.
Self check-in with a smart lock. Your unique code arrives automatically the morning of your check-in day.
Four quick steps and you're done — see checkout below.
5 bedrooms · 10 beds · 3.5 baths — plus the get-ready room with 6 mirrors.
Up to 6 cars on the property, and up to 2 more on the street directly in front of the house — please cap it there.
Check-in is 4:00 PM, and it's fully self-serve: a smart lock with a code unique to your stay, sent automatically the morning of check-in along with the WiFi and parking details. The WiFi also goes out a few days before you arrive, so it's waiting in your messages when you pull up. No key, nothing to coordinate — if anything's unclear when you arrive, message us and we'll answer fast, any hour.
Kept at 101°F and ready when you are. A few things that keep it that way: shower first, no glass in or around it, kids supervised, and close the cover when you're done — an open cover is the #1 reason a hot tub goes cold. Jets not responding? Press the jets button on the control panel; if nothing happens, message us. Hot tub wraps up by quiet hours.
Outdoor movie theater: the screen control is in the pantry next to the fridge. Connect your device to the house WiFi, then screen-share or cast to the projector.
Grill: gas, and the gas is supplied — nothing to bring or swap.
Fire pits: two of them. Message us for the one-minute lighting video and we'll send it right over.
Pickleball, putting green & yard games: paddles, balls and games are all on site — cornhole, bucket pong, yard golf and more on the turf. Outdoor play wraps up by quiet hours (9pm weeknights, 10pm weekends), out of respect for our neighbors.
Pool table and a full arcade — Golden Tee, NBA Jam, Pac-Man and friends. One house rule that matters: no drinks on the pool table felt. It lives in the converted garage, which is also where you'll find the breaker panel if you ever need it.
Full kitchen with a covered patio dining table for 14 just outside. The washer and dryer are yours to use — clear liquid detergent is provided. No iron in the house, but there are two clothes steamers in drawers in two of the upstairs bathrooms. Trash lives in three places: a can next to the kitchen island, two more in the kitchen's pull-out drawer, and the big grey bin outside next to the front gate.
The panel is in the game room (the converted garage). Flip the breaker fully OFF, then back ON.
The router is in the dining room, just left of the credenza below the TV. Unplug it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
Close the cover and give it 1–2 hours. Message us if it doesn't recover.
There's a spare on site — message us and we'll point you right to it.
Message us right away, any hour — there's a backup way in and we'll walk you through it.
Tell us right away. Accidents are fine — surprises at checkout aren't.
A Minut sensor inside measures sound level only — it can't record audio or hear conversations. Exterior security cameras cover the outside of the property; there are no cameras indoors, ever. Both exist to protect the neighborhood, the house and your deposit — that's it.
Need a late checkout? It's possible only when no one checks in the same day — message us and we'll confirm as close to your date as we can.
